Basic Rates

Rates may differ depending upon the number of people and locations. For detailed rates, please consult beforehand.

Booking Your Tour
First, please contact me concerning your tour. I will send you a suggested-tour plan. Upon your receipt and review of your desired tour details, I will send a confirmation e-mail with the deposit link to book your tour. I require two weeks minimum to book any tours. If you are in Japan, you may be able to book a tour sooner, so please contact me as soon as possible.
Once the deposit is received, I will contact you within a week before your tour with the final itinerary and the link for the remaining payment. If you have last-minute questions, please make them at this time. The deposit will be approximately 20% of the total cost of the tour.
Refund policy: Tours cancelled at least two weeks in advance can be fully refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Travel Insurance
Please be sure that you are covered by travelers’ insurance while traveling. I cannot be responsible for any damages during your tour.
